Do you suffer from RLS = Restless leg Syndrome?

If you’ve had, or currently have RLS, you’ll know that late night feeling of needing to move your legs. You can thank your brain for that. Yup, RLS is a neurological disorder, and it plays out in different ways for different people.

Most people feel throbbing & a range of odd sensations in their calves, but some people can experience pain as well. There’s a bit of relief to be had by moving your legs around but, let’s face it, it’s no fun thrashing around in your bed like a crazy person at 2 in the morning. (Especially if there’s someone sleeping right next to you!) And with all that exercise you’re doing, you’re probably waking up exhausted and grumpy which can also lead to insomnia.

Research has shown a link between magnesium deficiency and RLS. Magnesium deficiency can cause problems with nerve impulse conduction, muscle contractions, and muscle cramps.

While Lynnys magnesium oil goes to work, the key is to have patience and be consistent with using the oil daily, 4 to 5 times a day when you are first starting out with at least 10-15 sprays per time. It may take up to a month to feel the full effects of the magnesium oil. Many users of magnesium Oil it works immediately.  Every person has different results. But it does work.

If your skin feels itchy, it can mean that your magnesium levels are significantly low. Itchiness quite often is a side effect when magnesium deficient skin is introduced to magnesium oil. This ‘urgency reaction’ causes the blood vessels to open quickly, creating friction under the skin. This should subside as your magnesium levels even out, and when you are using Lynnys magnesium oil consistently and the body no longer has the ‘urgency reaction’. It can also be caused by the salt feeling residue sitting on the surface of the skin. If so, allow the magnesium oil to absorb into your skin for 20-30 mins then wash it off in the shower. This allows enough time for the magnesium oil to do its job on a cellular level.

If you are finding that you are having pain with your restless legs then after applying the magnesium oil and allowing that to dry then apply Lynnys Strong Pain Relief Balm. Gently massage the balm into the areas that have pain. Comfrey is one of the main ingredients in the strong pain relief and is well known and researched for being an effective pain reliever, healing the body quickly, and calming inflammation.Comfrey contains three active compounds, allantoin, mucilage and rosmarinic acid (also found in rosemary) that reduce pain and inflammation.
