Magnesium is a vital mineral for over 300 biochemical reactions that regulate our health and wellness. Magnesium is in every organ in our body. A lack of magnesium in our bodies can cause a number of problems for us. Taken orally only 45 % of that magnesium is absorbed. Compared to 100% of magnesium oil applied topically! It’s a no brainer for me! I have been taking 1314mg of magnesium complex orally for over a year now and since I started using Lynnys magnesium oil almost 4 months ago I have had a significant decrease in my pain areas and pain levels to the point of being able to cut down on prescription pain medications, including anti inflammatory drugs anti depressants & a chemotherapy drug for an autoimmune disease.

Pour 100 ml into a warm bath and soak for 20 minutes
Or for some of you like myself that cannot take a bath due to mobility, or you have a broken arm so you are in a cast !
You can try a Foot Bath or Foot Spa ;
Pour 50ml into a warm foot bath and submerge feet for 20 minutes

It is advised that 2-3 magnesium rich baths are taken per week. Increase frequency as required, alongside massaging the mag oil onto your skin.
