Prices

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are shown both with GST included. GST is not added to the Shipping cost.

Purchases

All purchases must be paid in full prior to dispatch. Freight prices are added in the cart $6.50 for any sized order.

Shipping

All parcels are tracked and shipped on a Mon, Tues, Wed* arrival of products generally take 5 – 7 days.

* Usual shipping on a Monday except for public holidays that fall on a Monday, where shipping will then be on Tuesday. Orders placed during the lead up to Christmas will also be posted for delivery daily.

What countries do you ship to?
We just ship to New Zealand and Australia presently,
Payments

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Payment is made using PaymentExpress and PayPal and AfterPay. Payment details are sent over a Secure Server for your protection.

No credit card details are stored on this website or on our server.

For New Zealand orders we also accept payment via Bank Transfer.

The name that will appear on your statement will be HERBAL PAIN RELIEF.

Returns & Refunds

If you receive goods damaged on arrival, please contact me 021 0861 4254 immediately, so the issue can be resolved. Only unopened products may be returned for refund.
I, Lynny sometimes mixes up orders, just text, ring or email and let me know, I’ll sort it out.

I want everyone to experience the relief that my herbal balms and sprays bring, and I want happy customers that tell their friends.

That’s why I’m offering a full, money-back, to every new customer – no questions asked.

After you receive your first order, I ask that you please use the ENTIRE product. If you’re not satisfied by the end of using it, simply mail in your bank account number, packing slip and empty container to the address below and I’ll issue you a prompt and courteous refund.

Note: if you are having issues with your new products, contact me (Lynny) even by phone after 7pm. I can often suggest small changes in application that that can make a big different to the relief you receive.
And remember, is you are using magnesium Oil and 1 or more of the Balms or Oils on the same area of your body, make sure the Mag Oil has fully adsorbed before using other products.
